To purchase any product or service through our Service, you may be asked to provide relevant information, such as billing and shipping details, and payment method information. Payment for orders can be made on delivery or within 2 days of dispatch, using NEFT or other accepted methods. Late payment penalty is 18% for 0-7 days, and 36% for per p.a.
Orders confirmed by you cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
The prices displayed on any platform are in Rs/Kg format for a minimum order quantity of 25MT. For quantities less than this, additional charges of 20p per kg will apply for 18MT, 35p per kg for 10-18 MT, and 75p per kg for 5-10MT.
The dispatched quantity may vary by plus or minus 2 MT from the order quantity, depending on the availability of the vehicle.
Kindly provide us with a signed and stamped copy of the LR.
Unload the vehicle on the same day to avoid incurring detention charges.
A debit note may be issued for wet, repacked or damaged bags.
We kindly request that the bags dispatch to us are free from damage, taped or torn. This will help us to avoid any shortage debit along with fees of INR 50 per bag.
The estimated transit time displayed on WhatsApp message, mobile apps, and email notifications is subject to change based on the availability of materials and transportation vehicles.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “promotions”) made available through service may be governed by rules that are separate from these terms of service. If you participate in any promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our privacy policy. If the rules for a promotion conflict with these terms of service, promotion rules will apply.
We value transparency and honesty in all our dealings, including our terms and conditions. Please note that refunds are not issued for any purchases made on our platform due to the nature of our business. We take great care in providing high-quality products and services that meet our customers’ expectations. We encourage customers to review their purchase decisions carefully and contact us with any questions or concerns before finalizing their purchase.
We understand that the quality of the material is not entirely under our control. Our Technical Data Sheet or MFI is provided as a guide and may not be up-to-date with the latest parameters set by the producer. We recommend referring to the company’s latest datasheet for accurate information. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
