What is the registration process for your platform, and are there any registration fees involved?

To sign up on our platform, follow these steps, and rest assured, there are no registration fees:
• Click on the "REGISTER NOW" link.
• Download the PolyMart App from either the Play Store or the App Store.
• Email us at info@polymart.in.
• Send a quick "Hi" through WhatsApp to +9163571 11121.

How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our Buyer App or respond to the pricing message on WhatsApp from PolyMart at WhatsApp number +9163571 11121.

What is your payment terms?

We operate on a "pay on delivery" payment basis. You are required to make the payment once the materials have been delivered to your location.

Is a credit facility available?

Presently, we operate on a pay-on-delivery payment basis. We are in discussions with an NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) regarding credit terms, and we will inform you as soon as the credit facility becomes accessible.

Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?

Yes, the minimum order quantity is 5 metric tons

Is freight charged separately from the received prices?

No, the prices quoted are inclusive of delivery, so the freight is already included in the price.

Do you provide a COA?

Yes, in most cases, we provide a COA upon request.

Where is your location?

Our corporate office is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

What if there is a discrepancy in the delivered quantity of the material?

Considering that the products arrive in factory-sealed packaging, the likelihood of any issues or discrepancies is extremely low. In the rare event of such discrepancies, including any form of damage, we will issue a credit note to resolve the situation

How can I track my order?

We provide you with the driver/transporter details once the loading is completed. You can contact the driver directly to get an estimate of the delivery time. Additionally, you can check the delivery date on the PolyMart Buyer mobile app.

Is it possible to order multiple grades at the same time?

You can combine a maximum of 3 grades per order, each with a minimum required quantity of 5 metric tons, contingent on the availability of all 3 grades in the same warehouse

Can I arrange for my own vehicle for loading?

No, we operate on an F.O.R. delivered basis.

Am I able to sell my excess inventory through your platform?

Yes, you can do so by clicking on the "Sell Your Excess Inventory" tab, selecting the grade you want to sell, and providing the price, quantity, and validity period there.

Who should I contact for my day-to-day queries?

You will be assigned an account manager and they will take care of any and all queries you may have. Alternately, you can always reach out to info@polymart.in. You can also contact us via this form.

What is the typical delivery time for orders?

In 99% of cases, our orders are delivered within the timeframe indicated in our WhatsApp message or in the Buyer App. In the rare instance where transit time may be longer, we will keep you informed

Is there a discount available for advance payment?

Yes, for all advance payments, you can receive a discount of 10 paisa per kilogram

Are there any unloading charges?

Yes, unloading is the responsibility of the buyer, and as such, these charges will be your responsibility.

How can I check the TDS (Technical Data Sheet)?

You can click on the tab with the grade name, where you will find the TDS

When should I make the payment for my order?

Our standard payment terms require payment upon delivery. You have to make the payment at the time of the vehicle's arrival. However, you can receive a discount of 10 paisa per kilogram for advance payment.

What does '2/3/4 days' in the WhatsApp pricing message from PolyMart mean?

The '2/3/4 days' in the WhatsApp message indicates the estimated transit time for delivering the material from the warehouse to your factory

Is GST charged separately from the prices provided?

Yes, GST is not included in the price message you are receiving

Where does my material come from?

Our software automatically assigns a partner warehouse based on your factory's location, optimizing both the landed cost and transit time

What are NP* and OG* materials?

NP* stands for near-prime material, which is of the same grade but may have slight variations in physical and/or chemical properties, including MFI (Melt Flow Index). OG* represents off-grade material, which differs in physical and/or chemical properties, including MFI.

Please note that off-grade and non-prime materials do not have any specified MFI mentioned. Polymart does not guarantee the MFI range and quality of the grade, and material replacement or cancellation is not available.

What do the prices displayed in WhatsApp messages and the Buyer App represent?

Prices in WhatsApp messages and the Buyer App are shown in INR per kilogram, and they include freight costs without GST for a 25 MT order quantity. For smaller order quantities, there may be slightly higher prices due to increased freight costs

Where can I receive the verification OTP?

You can receive your OTP on your registered mobile number.
